Marine engineering such as hydrostatics, stability, Long’L strength analysis, vessel inclining, dead weight survey & grain stability booklets are used to predict & confirm our work.

We incorporate FEA for analyzing the strength of a product without physical testing. It can be used to simulate how and where structures bend or twist and to show the distribution of stresses and displacements, thus giving insight as to how a vessel will perform in service. CFD is used when we predict the manner in which water interacts with different surface shapes of the vessel being engineered.

In the absence of legacy design data, we can capture the vessel & site conditions using laser scanning. Our strong backend network can handle Terabytes of point cloud data with precision and speed. Based on the project requirements; we can interface the data for detail design, analysis, modifications & conversions.
