Christian began working with CT Marine at age eleven folding blueprints in the barn that housed his father’s company. After studying structural engineering at Purdue University, Christian began working full time for CT Marine in 1992 and in 2015 became both the owner and President of the firm. He now splits his time between naval architecture and acting CEO of Hyperion Marine Group.

Prasad is a Naval Architect with twenty years experience having visited shipyards in 22+ countries. Prasad brings extensive knowledge in project management to Hyperion Marine Group and oversees a team of eighty-five engineers and architects while leading operations in Europe and Asia.

Joe is a retired Naval Officer and twenty-five year shipbuilding professional. He joined Hyperion Marine Group as COO in 2024. Through 10+ years at NAVSEA, and multiple executive roles in U.S. shipyards; his technical, program, and organizational leadership experience is vital to Hyperion’s future success.
